Process Management

  • We meet with our client to pinpoint your wishes, needs and expectations
  • We present a job- and candidate profile, and make a company profile
  • We search for candidates via network, candidate register and possibly job advertisements
  • We handle the time-consuming phases, such as registration and evaluation of applications, interviews, personality- and functional tests, background checks, and selection
  • The chosen candidates are presented to the customer for final approval
  • Final interviews are carried out, and the results are discussed with our client prior to the final decision

Guarantee

Personale-Service offer a 3-month guarantee. If, within this time frame, the employee does not live up to the demands stipulated in the job profile, a new selection process will be carried out free of charge.
