Process Management
At Personale-Service, efficiency is a keyword. Typically, the workflow is as follows:
- We meet with our client to pinpoint your wishes, needs and expectations
- We present a job- and candidate profile, and make a company profile
- We search for candidates via network, candidate register and possibly job advertisements
- We handle the time-consuming phases, such as registration and evaluation of applications, interviews, personality- and functional tests, background checks, and selection
- The chosen candidates are presented to the customer for final approval
- Final interviews are carried out, and the results are discussed with our client prior to the final decision
Guarantee
Personale-Service offer a 3-month guarantee. If, within this time frame, the employee does not live up to the demands stipulated in the job profile, a new selection process will be carried out free of charge.
